Presenting with Impact: Public speaking can be the biggest challenge some professionals face in their work lives, and most training produces stiff, cookie-cutter results. Ignite CSP wants each client to show up authentically and powerfully, and this workshop teaches a tangible and repeatable process. These concrete tactics that help clients gain confidence and understand that public speaking is a skill that can be learned and practiced.

Improvisational Communication: One of our most exciting and fun new workshops uses the ideas and elements of improvisational theater to build rapport, practice better listening, and train participants to create connections with clients and potential clients. “Improvisational theater?” you say. “I don’t know if my team would be up for that…” We have done this work with people from lots of different companies and cultures, and it receives the best feedback of any workshop we do.

Fundamentals of Storytelling: See if this sounds familiar. You have a terrific group of people (staff, board, volunteers) who are great at doing whatever it is that your organization does. The only challenge? They aren’t great at talking about the work they do or the company’s mission. This workshop helps your team distill the elements of what you do, the values and mission, into a few stories that communicate impact and affect an audience.

Something New Just for You: Ignite CSP designs new workshops with many types of organizations to coach leaders, prepare high-potentials for their next roles, and improve communication skills of a group or team. These workshops typically focus on leadership and communication skills and provide individual coaching. We have created workshops for accountants, management consultants, insurance executives, and leaders at many multinational corporations. We also love working with nonprofits, and with entrepreneurs.
