Neela Muñoz is a consultant and certified coach whose passion is to support people as they use and grow their influence to create the change they want to see in the world.
Over the past fifteen years, she has delivered countless workshops and worked one-on-one with a wide variety of clients, from large global corporations, to nonprofits, to every size company in between, right down to the individual. No matter the background, the title, the number of years in service, wherever one person needs to move another person into action, there’s an opportunity for resonance.
As a seasoned theatre professional of more than twenty years, Neela has honed her intuition about human behavior. And with that understanding, she coaches with an eye for what habits support or undermine the ability to land with impact.
Neela is an ACC-level certified member of the International Coaching Federation. She is certified in Presence Based Coaching. She holds an Associate degree in Voice from Pensacola College, and a BA in Theatre with Honors from The University of South Florida.
