When all of this started, back in March, it seemed like people were finding ways to make the most of this time at home, time with family, etc. The folks I know baked bread, got back into yoga or took long walks, reconnected with family and friends.
As the months have gone on, that native resilience has seemed to wane. Tempers are shorter, days are longer, and the future is even less certain than it was a few months ago.
I have been turning to this thought: How can I make it easy?
In this time when lots of regular tasks seem difficult, and “normal” is receding into a far-off fantasy, what can I do to cut down on complexity, turn up ease, and make my life and the lives of the people around me a little better?
