Connan Morrissey is a veteran theatre actress, director, and teacher whose talent is coaching senior level leaders one-on-one, giving them focused and effective communication skills that can be used in any business situation.
As an actress, Connan has performed leading roles across the country, appearing at such critically acclaimed theatres as Folger Theatre, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Round House Theatre, Arena Stage, Asolo Theatre, Virginia Stage, PlayMakers Repertory, North Carolina Stage and Clarence Brown Theatre. She also has performed in French and English in renowned Avignon – Off Theatre Festival in Avignon, France.
An enthusiastic and compelling instructor who consistently received positive reviews, Connan’s teaching experience includes courses at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Maryville, College, Pellissippi State and Interlochen Center for the Arts.
Connan holds a BA from Tufts University and an MFA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of Actors’ Equity Association.
